Software upgrade problems

I have a question for anyone who has the 860 when i shut the flip the phone restarts. I guess its when on the net it happens.

im gettin the same error and its really annoying if anyone can tell us why this is happening or how to fix it would be greatly appriciated?? do u have your wallpapers set to cycle? if so how often??

My i860 just rebooted again and i wasnt even on the net reset code ro121

The connection to the battery might be loose if its when you shut/slam the flip down, make sure that the battery is sucure in the phone and if its a little losse i suggest using a small folded up piece of paper to put between the little notch and tha back of the battery to make the connection even tighter.

I know that if i put my i870 down on the table on its side and if it hits a certin spot the phone turns off because the battery moves a tiny bit and it looses a connection for just a second but after i put a pice of paper between the phone and batter it never did it agin. I never tryed this on my i860's but i have had them turn off on me when drop and i think this could help them.

thanks for the suggestion but its not the battery its like it gets stuck switching from the inside screen to the cid screen then reboots its a software problem im pretty sure i just reset all defaults it hasnt rebooted yet well see
