I must have installed the driver for the usb cable about 100 times but everytime i try to change the option to usb connection itsays there isnt a iden usb driver installed I tried both webjal and *****....

HELP PLEASE

hey i have the same problem, but when installing the webjal it says something about service pack 1

I installed the patch from harrythompson.com that forces the USB option to be checked, and it worked fine.

yeah pluging in a i265 fixed it for me! I guess it cant read the i870.

webjal can read the 870 just fine. and any other java application loader supports it as well. anyone who is having problems, you either have a version of windows under xp which requires more steps or u aren't following directions at all.

Yesterday I loaded ringtones using Webjal for my i870 and i760 with no problems.

Today I tried to load ringtones to my other i760 and kept getting a communications error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
