MPX 220 moving # from sim card to phone

Does any one know how to move contacts from the sim card to the mpx 220 phone ?
I had a T720. I transferred all the #'s to the sim card and then put the sim card in my new phone. the contacts work great. but, i cant seem to move them to the phone. no option coming up to move them.
any help would be appreciated.
