I am looking to buy a Treo 650. Preferably with a one year contract with CINGULAR or UNLOCKED.

Any recommendations on places to get it for cheap (Other than eBay)?

i won one in a contest-brand new, never had a sim in it! selling for 400$ no contact-outright! i work for cingular and won it!

I can only think of ebay... otherwise they are selling for more than $400... from any retailers UNLOCKED... $500 =/

What about with a cingular contract? Where can I get it the cheapest then?

Or you might want to try buying from a Palm Store. I got my Cingular Treo 650 at one of them and I only paid $450 and that was back in july. The best thing about buying from the palm kiosk is that they do not sell service, so the only option to buy is outright.
