Insufficent storage on device...system error etc

HELP, PLEASE...
I have a motorola v635, whenever i try to take pictures, i get the error "Insufficent storage on device" (when i have plenty of memory left on the card) I cannot take any pictures. when i delete old pictures, they keep coming back within hrs and they remain on the memory card even after deleting multiple times. When i try to take videos, i'm not able to either. i get the error "system error" PLEASE HELP
