Outlook sync error and SIM question

Just got my new RAZRV3. I installed Mobile phone tools, and updated to most current version. My SIM says it only holds 250 phone #s...but is an older SIM. Does that sound right? Do newer SIMS hold more?

Also, I keep getting an error when syncing contacts from outlook with my phone. The status bar gets all the way done, then it has an error. It asks me to cancel or retry. If I retry, it starts over from scratch. It seems like it loaded up all (or almost all) of the contacts I wanted to sync. Any thoughts on this error?

SIM cards only hold 250 numbers. The phone itself will hold 1000. I don't think that even newer sims hold more, I don't know if thats even possible?

When syncing, what is the exact error you get? I've seen an error syncing when people have the wrong V3 chosen. Does the picture of your phone look EXACTLY like your v3?
