Bit pim will read the file structure of my E815 but that is it! It also will not show me the stock images!

PST when reading the phone gives me a NAMS error!

P2K says Volume name fail or something like that.

I had used these tools a few years ago to remove the junky images and sounds on my V710. Now I have a E815 and all these errors!

If you didn't already now Its from verizon. The "pay me now" company! Any help would be really great! Im stuck bad on this one!

But, as for BitPim, I believe you should ONLY have access to the File List...

I found that bitpim .8 does not work on the 815 but .7 will work fine.

Also anything p2k related i had to have pst running in the background.
