Help with rokr PLEASE

Someone help please!!! I just got me rokr yesterday and sat down to put in some tunes when my computer came up with 'can not read data from mobile phone g/' or something along those lines. I have restarted my phone, computer uninstalled and installed itunes, I have went to my settings and it is def in memory card. Im at a loss and it driving me crazy can't believe it couldnt just work. help someone

when inserting the usb cord make sure its on tight.. sometimes you have to play with it a little.

Thanx but no luck its still coming up with can't read contents of phone arghhhhh
