is that real 813 or 902 with 813 firmware. man if you have real 813 just send it back to hk and ask them to fix it, otherwise just take it to a phone shop and tell them to reflash the firmware for you

its a 902sh with 813 fireware. 1. whats the difference? 2. why was it 813 firmware in the 1st place? i returned it to the shop and now they charging me $50 to fix it. shouldnt they fix it for free since it was wrong firmware

could this have happened because i was hot swaping the sd card? and fried the fireware?

i guess some sellers are just jerks.. which believe that they don't have to care about anything they sold. =p up to you for the warrenty. =P I'm pretty sure its at no cost to them for reflash their fault. =P

The 902SH's firmware has the most limitations and the SX813's has the least, so a lot of people who have a 902SH, including myself, have SX813 firmware. It gives you better English support and can play MP3s without having to use the external Panasonic card reader that's so hard to find. The big downside is that it takes a long time to save a 2MP photo.
