2125 Sync Issues

Is anybody else having sync issues with their 2125 and the Outlook Calendar? Changes made to Outlook's Calendar are properly synced to the 2125 but changes made on the 2125 don't always sync with Outlook. Some events are synced, some aren't. I have tried syncing via USB and IR.

are you syncing with Exchange or local outlook?
