Borked LG4600 (Telus).. Suggestions?

Here's the deal.
I was uploading wallpapers to my 4600 (which i've done many times) and decided i'd update my bitpim to the latest release. Well, it turned out that version 0.8.whatever didnt have any improvements over what i was using (0.731) so i decided to go back...

Somewhere after uninstalling and reinstalling and going back to adding wallpapers my phone shut off. And wont boot back up.

I took out the battery and let it sit a bit, put it back and and powered it on and it just sits at the white Telus screen.. and sits... forever.

So are there any suggestions for things to try? I'm going to take it in to a telus dealer and see if they can reformat it or something. I'd assume they can re-flash the firmware on there. I hope..

Has anything like this happened to anyone?
