Quick, Simple way to restore ring details

I've come across a very easy simple way to restore access to your ring details, without using your computer. It worked for me so maybe/hopefully it will work for others. I was just deleting files off my phone without actually thinking what i was doing. And I accidently deleted a song that I had apparently set as my ringtone. Since I didn't know what song it was and likely did not have a back-up I thought I was screwed. Then an idea came to me. So I went to my sounds folder, highlighted a song, hit menu, set as ringtone. And lo and behold I have access to my ring details. I tryed it again by purposely deleteing a file and it worked again. I thought it would be on here since it seems so simple, but I ddin't see it so here is my post.
