No skin choosing menu in operator c980

i installed new skins into an operator moto c980 (unlocked it already) using P2KCommander Version 3.2.9 and skinner4moto_v0.2.9 beta and had no effects.
The problem is that there is no skin choosing option in the phone's
Menu > Settings > Personalise

i only have homescreen,main menu, greeting, wallpaper screeensaver and quick dial in the personalise menu.(

when i use p2kcommander to browse the phone a\mobile\skins\
the skins are fully installed.

before i added the extra skins, there was (n still is) the Vodafone skin in a\mobile\skins\
the only thing ive been able to change is the start up and shut down animation by replacing the stock start up and shut down picture and giving the new pictures the exact name.

How can I add a skin choosing option (menu) in the phone's menu
setting > personalise
and hopefully have a choice of selecting different skins
or at least change the stock vodafone skin.
