Language packs for PEBL?

Does anyone know where I can get a language pack for the PEBL that includes English and French OR a firmware that is not going to lock my phone that has both of these languages? I have an unbranded unlocked PEBL but my current firmware only has support for English German and a few nordic languages. Thank you.

Simple reflash of the LP only, make sure you use RSD Lite !!!!
