V3i MMS/e-mail not working...went to cingular.com (need help)

Just got a V3i and the MMS and e-mail are not working.
Here is what I have done.

First, probably not so smart, I tried to put the settings that were on my V600 into the v3i. I just looked up the MMS and WEB setting and basically copy/paste. That didn't work.

I had MMS, ISP, and WAP settings deliverd to my phone. Still, I cant send/recieve any MMS or connect online.

I don't know if this is relavent, but I have an old AT&T sim card that I got with my V600. I asked on the Cingular forum, but was not told that I would have any conflict.

So what should I do now? I was thinking about doing a "master reset", and then downloading all that stuff again from Cingular, but will that erase all my phone entries and all that other crap?

Please help.
