iMate sp5 and Yahoo! Music Unlimited

Has anyone had any luck using Yahoo! Music Unlimited with the iMate sp5 (or any of the HTC based Tornado smartPhones)?? Yahoo support says the phone isn't supported, but that doesn't make sense as it has the latest WMP10 on it.
With my AudioVox SMT5600, I was able to take my Yahoo music with me, but since upgrading to the SP5, Synchronizing my device results in a "Transfer Error, the track(s) below could not be transferred to your portable device: --- This could be a licensing error. You may be able to resolve it by relicensing the tracks..."
I am able to relicense the tracks on my PC, but it still fails when I retry to sync it to my phone.
If others are able to use Yahoo! Music Unlimited on a Tornado, I'm wondering if this problem has something to do with moving the 1GIG uSIM card from the AudioVox SMT5600 to the SPm with licensed music already on it??
