if i get a call when playing mp3s my phone freezes and turns off.

any suggestions?

Get the firmware update to v02

if the problem continues after you update the firmware, then take it to a tech at a verizon store and ask them about it. they have something on their computers about known phone issues and can tell you if the new firmware is supposed to fix it or if verizon is waiting for another new firmware version that will fix it.

this is an easy one its the files you added they are to long for your phone to read so i guess it freaks out. Just rename the mp3's and i stay away from funnky charancters like *&%$# so yeah and that should work.

i am having this same problem with pictures...will shrinking the files fix the problem?
