hey guys, i've been away from HoFo for a while and my e398 has been using the V398 Flash/Flex by EyesOnlyD. It works fine but i'm actually interested in upgrading to an itunes flash/flex. I've been reading up on the topic for over an hour and i still feel a little lost. So much has happened in the past few months, its crazy!
I am truly excited to get back into the whole modding scene but i'm lost!
coud someone please be patient and explain which firmware is the best/most stable/fastest right now? also I think i'm still on the R372 platform and i think i need to upgrade to the R373 platform to get all the new stuff...

ne help would be truly appreciated. thanks guys!

yeah there have been so many developments with the e398 firmware, i think we've done everything that can be done!

itunes = no expiration, no 25 song limit.
it's now the same as ROKR, 100 song limit.

also, video recording can be infinite (record as much as your memory card can hold in 1 shot!)

we can now use the latest version of iTunes on the PC, instead of being stuck with 4.9 like before.

We've learned there's no way to kill your phone from flashing, there are several methods to get it working again.

as far as my favorite monster pack goes, try Tomeq's rokrVIPER monster pack. it's the best MP i've ever used

I hope you get yours up and running!

also, anyone feel free to include more facts I may have left out!
