RAZR V3: Outer screen when open? Can it be changed?

Ok, My girlfriend just got a V3 black as her upgrade.

She loves it but she just has one thing she wants different.

She wants the outer screen to not show a Cingular logo, but a custom one.

All i need to know is how big the file is "pixel"X"pixel" and what style its saved as. and where it is located on the phone. (still trying to figure out how to connect the phone to the PC as well....) but that I dan learn how to do.
