Recover pictures from cell phone?

I have a motorola V551 cell phone with Cingular. I deleted several pictures and 1 video clip by accident. Is there a way to recover them as these pictures are important to me? If there is, could someone kindly show me how in detail as I am stupid in this area... Please help.

Hmm... I guess No one here cares to even respond to me... Thanks guy... A simple "there is no way..." would have been really appreciated.
