MultiFlashFlex recognize help?

I'm stuck. Multiflash won't recognize mt phone. I've got into the bootloader mode and nothing shows when I start the prgram, Not v635 or Neptune. I tried RSD but it won't install on my comp. it says Error:No devices were detected. I get the windows ong when I plug it in. I son't get it. I've patched it and everything. PST 7.2.3. Any help gettig it to show up??
