6FR, the most stable firmware now with bugs

It's suppost to be the most stable and reliable firmware, but now it's happened twice, the first time it happened, I reflashed my firmware.

No, really, wtf is up? Has anyone else had this;

On the sms text dispatch menu, the name below the one you have selected seems to flicker whenever I click send.

Icons in the connection menu disappear when scrolled through. To get them back you have to exit and re-enter the menu.They immediatly disappear again when you press a key on the nav pad.

Icon borders (the silver things round big icons; like the ones on the start menu) disappear once scrolled through, the icon remains but the border doesn't. To get them back you have to exit and re-enter the menu. They immediatly disappear again when you press a key on the nav pad.

Has this happened to anyone else, I've heard of it once before, think the seem may have been damaged?

Thanks

Okay, I suppose, is 88R good? Stable? I heard it has many features, is it newer?

Do you think I could just fix the bugs?

For your icons disappearing
go to settings-inital setup-animation and set it to off
if its not there then check the seem itself

seem 0001-0032
offset 1E - bit 3: Settings > Initial Setup > Animation (1 on, 0 off)

For that seem you'll have to make sure it's turned on to see it in your menu, editing that to off wont turn animations off, it will just make the animations setting not show up in the menu. Just wanted to clear that up a little, REBEL, as that can be taken two different ways. :-)
