best service?

I live in the Lehigh Valley and I will be switching service within 30 days and i need to figure out who is the best, my choices are
1.Cingular
2.Tmobile
3.Verizon
who offers better covrage?

My brother in-law lives in Easton.
He used to have Verizon (lived in Doyelstown.) When he moved he found his Verizon phone got no service at his home. He switched to Cingular and has been happy ever since.
