The flip does have a weak point!

Hey all,
I had posted a couple of days ago, that my flip was suddenly a little wobbly.
Well, I really inspected it, with a loupe, and I see now the problem. There is a white round plastic tube in the middle of the hinge part of the flip. In order to make the stop action along the way, it has a flet edge on it's inside. There are, therefore, two very thin parts of this plastic tube, and mine cracked a bit. I think this is more of a design flaw, so I am sure I will not be the only one with this problem. Since mine is already cracked, and I know I can't do much about it soon, I hope I slowed the continnuting cracking process down, by putting a slight amount of Crazy glue GEL in the crack, making sure it does not go on thick enough to come through to the inside, which woud stop the ability to close.
I will contact Metrowerks, where I go tthe phone, see what they can do for me.
Just thought you all should know, and maybe check that area in yours, to make sure yours isn't beginning to crack.
I ask again, anyone want to sell me their flip ???????
