ROKR E1 USB transfer my contacts. Possible?

Is there a free or low cost solution to get my contacts on my ROKR E1? They are in Outlook and I would love to sync. If not is there a software program I can type my contacts into then upload them into my ROKR E1

I am new to Motorola phones.

use mpt that came with your phone.

I am sorry, I had not had a chance to check what was in the box. I didn't know that the phone came with that product.

Mobile Phone Tools will do that, but its not free. It usually doesn't come with the phone in the US.

I didn't think that it came with the phone. I think it only comes with Itunes. I already bought MPT so it doesn't matter now.

I have MPT and am trying to transfer my phonebook, but everytime I connect the phone, ITunes automatically starts and MPT does not recognize by phone. Is there a setting I need to change somewhere to get it to connect?
