Cingular 2125... 2 issues/questions and my initial impressions

I have been pretty happy so far with my 2125. I have always been a flip phone person, but when time came for a new phone, I decided my first priority was to have a phone that syncs with my MS Outlook, so I would always have my updated Outlook contacts, notes, calander (etc.) in one location. I would have preferred this in a flip, but the only one I found was the MPX220, and I read about nothing but problems with that phone. Anyone know of any other flip that would be able to sync with my MS Outlook? I'm also tired of using the key lock, which was never needed on my old flip. It causes so many extra key strokes to turn it off , and then turn it back on again when I need to put it back in the case. Plus it takes two hands, and is just not quick and convenient. Anyway... my two questions about my 2125....
1) I have the problem of taking the phone out of the case it came with when I get a call, and most of the time (no matter how hard I try) the phone goes to ignore (I guess that button brushes along the corner of the case) and sends the call to voicemail. This actually happens when I have the key lock on. I am missing sooooo many calls. Any settings I can change to keep this from happening, and is any one else having this problem? I have been trying to find a holster clip so the front of the phone on my belt is exposed and I won't have a case to take it out of, but I haven't had luck finding one so far. I found one that looked REALLY close to fitting; it was a holster clip for the 5600, but the extra hump on the 2125 looks like it would keep it from fitting. HELP!!! Would a swivel clip do the trick? And do those lock so the phone can pivot so it would sit horizontal on my belt, versus hanging down toward the ground?
2) My other question is that no matter what setting my phone is in (i.e. silent or vibrate), it always beeps when I execute a phone call, even though I have all sound settings to "off". Can any one help me be able to make a call without that beep noise. Sometimes I want to call my outside voicemail in a quiet setting, and I don't want that beep noise to activate.
3) Oh yeah, one other question (this is a great forum by the way!!!) when I am surfing and I leave IE and go back to the phone functions, the next time I go to surf, it is still at that same page I left off from... lets say from the day before. When I try to move on to the next web page, the Internet Explorer won't go. It just keeps trying to open the new page with no luck. I have to turn the phone off and reboot to make it work again to surf. This happen to anyone else? Any fix to keep from having to reboot?
THANKS in advance FOR YOU HELP!!!
