Try typing in *#9999#

Is it possible to set the pound key, without seem editing or anything, to toggle vibrate--> vibrate & ring? Or can it only do vibrate--> loud?

Posted by: phattbam

on the Vodafone branded L7's it was straight to silent.

Is it worth to flash to this new version if you already have German Retail on?

probably not, it's worth flashing the SLVR maybe when there is a itunes or screen 3 flash out.

could someone help me out or direct me where to go to learn this?

I purchased a L7 off ebay, unlocked and activated it on ROGERS. The phone it'self works fine for calls and such...but i am running into little problems (watching vid's) and so on and was told that i would have to have the software (or firmware?) flashed.
I don't have Itunes...there is a "digital media player" and i can hold the # and it changes it to silent...press again it goes back to previous setting.

thanks for anyones time and help

what are the problems you're having? iTunes would need to be installed seperately but it's not the normal iTunes that syncs up with the program on your computer. There's another app that can make uploading mp3s easier too. it's called motoTunes and it's installed onto your phone to reload the mp3 database. Just read up on seem edits for the L7, on this forum plus others.
