i870 Not WOrking for Iden Rss

I have downloaded Iden RSS Version 1.16.17 for the i870 but when i go to read phone i comes out with that it can not communite with phone is it the program or do i have to change something in the settings? i have a data cable not a serial cable thanks for your time

usb drivers first, second check usb box in options of the carrier.

also if those dont work then change the baud rate

ok i just install carrier 16 and the only baud rate i see is 57600 and 115200 so wgich one too pick and i have the usb port checked serial port is on com 1 and quick comm is checked and auto-reset is checked too so thats right let me know plzz and is there a pacth or something for this carrier 16 and also what do i have to do with the usb drivers? is that something i have to install?

I'm having the same problem. It goes into rss-sim mode and stops. It gives me the same error message. I wanted to know where I can download iden carrer. I have looke everywhere for it. I would be awsome if someone can help me. Thanks.
