8125 Active Sync problem

For some reasone when I plug in my phone it connects then times out. Am I doing something wrong. it seems to be disconnecting.

Your using WM5 instead of your Treo

Sorry, I couldn't resist. Have you checked the active sync settings to see how they are configured? i.e. serial, usb, bluetooth etc?

ha ha. Yeah It had to do with my companies fire wall. Kinda odd. Anyway on to a new issue. When I check my pop email and I delete from my pop account it deletes from my 8125 as well. Why can't I keep a copy of the email on my 8125 and delete from my email?
