8125 and MS Reader - can't activate

Tried activating the MS Reader and it says I have an old version of Pocket PC. I have the latest version of active sync 4.1 and I downloaded the latest version of the reader 2.4.1 and the web site says they fixed some issues with activating Mobile 5 devices. Has anyone else tried to activate MS reader yet? This is key for me as I have several books in MS reader format (they only came that way... sucks) and I want to be able to read them... otherwise I gotta keep my axim around and this kind of defeats the purpose.

Well doing more research on this problem I found this in the MS newsgroups... apparently we need a file called OEMInfo.xml in our windows directory on our device. I checked and we do no have one. Anyone know where we can get one?
