902SH unlocking

is there any issues with unlocking any 902SH phones like there is with the 903SH [new builds currently not unlockable]?
i'm having trouble obtaining a 903SH, as i ordered one in osaka since it was out of stock but that was before i found out about the new ones..
phone came in a few days ago, and i have no way of finding out if its the new one or not without buying it...
so now i'm thinking maybe i should just go with a 902SH
or does anyone know if the 903SH will be unlockable and by when?

all 902 are unlockable. enjoy. and new 903sh from january and late december... have issues that can not be resolved as of yet. no unlocking
