well i was tryin to send ringtones from my V3 to this girls V3c..becasue i heard your were able to but it didnt work..i tryed searching for the phone but wasnt found...bluetooth was turned on..on both phones...did verizon lock this out?

Yes they did. The OBEX profile is disabled on all Verizon BT phones. Until they change that, I will NEVER sign up with them, or recommend them to anyone I know.

telus does this too, its an absolute insult to the customers who pay for these features on their phones.

OBEX exists on the V3c (version GATW_X_01.0F.02P only though) but it does not have OPP.
