help with RSD Lite 2.0.3

my hard drive is drive H:/ on my computer and drive C:/ is... well... nothing. so when i try to install RSD Lite it tries to install on the C:/ drive, which i dont have. has anyone figured out a way around this? i cant, i just click install and then it gives me an error saying that it can only install to the C drive. any suggestions? i have to use this program because its the only flashing program that supports the ROKR E1.
