No Web Sessions? razr

on a mans razr, unlocked, lookin to get the web browser to work. so trying to set up the Fido account on it, but no Web Session Option. Going from menu - webaccess - there is browser and browser setup. in setup, theres only 4 options - clear history, multimedia, reset cache, clear cookie
any help tryin to set up the browser properly?
