I know how to do everything and I did format my Memory Card. But when I transfer Mp3s to my VX9800 it says No Songs found in Memory Card. But it is taking the space up on the Memory usage and the song IS showing up in My_Mp3 on Bitpim (which I Hate). Does anybody know the problem???

the mp3 files must be bad... either recode the files from cd or wherever (i suggest using nero) or try another copy from a diffrent source... when the mp3 file is bad it either wont show up in the fone or if it does it will say file info read error when you try to play it

Another thing you need to look out for is that there are no periods/dots. slashes, etc in the name of the song.
Also, no one name can be over 12 characters long.
EXAMPLE:
I have a song thats called:
Red White and Blue by Lynyrd Skynyrd
As you can see, no one name is over 12 characters in length, but if you were to say have periods in some part of it like this:
Red White and Blue.......by Lynyrd Skynyrd
Now, with the periods, the "Blue.......by" would be considered one word, and it would be over 12 characters in length and even though it would be on the card, the phone won't be able to read it.

I haven't really found this to be the case, I have just seen that filenames longer than 47 characters including the extention, so
aaaaaaaa10aaaaaaaa20aaaaaaaa30aaaaaaaa40aaa.aaa
is the biggest you want. Also if you use a great amount of special characters, it can confuse the phone also.
