L6 not starting up...

I have a 2 month old L6, I went to check my phone and thought it was in locked mode but found no display nor any buttons lighting up. Now whenever I try to turn on the phone, the blue led's come on for a fraction of a second, but the phone fails to start up.

any ideas what to do from here?

buy an L7 instead.. lol jj

im sure you probably already checkd, but maybe the battery is fried? maybe try starting it up while its plugged in?

the phone does the same thing plugged in and without a battery.
