Computer wont detect ROKR E1...

I dont know why but my computer wont detect my ROKR E1 as a new hardware. Went to my cousins house today and his computer detected it just fine but I just didn't have the software to install it(I wouldn't install it on his computer anyways because I have all my ITUNES music on my own computer) Can anyone help me out on how I can get my ROKR to be detect on my PC as a new hardware so I can install some sort of software to get it going? And also after being detected what software do I need to install to get it all started with ITUNES and other things (Already have itunes installed) THANKS
