For me, I don't have cingular so the first thing I did was unbrand it. Then added about 5 new skins, deleted all the stock ringtones and pictures, added about 16 games, around 14 music videos, 6 mp3 ringtones, 18 wallpapers, 100 songs to my t/f card... and I'm good to go.....

my rokr will prob. get here sat. it is unlocked, and has a 512mb.

i already did all that, via usb...........but i want to know about flashing firmwares with Monster Packs etc......i have all the software needed and a few mps, but just unsure whether to risk it or not, as so far i think i read that the rokr cannot be fully backed up.................

It's hard to make a ROKR die. Believe me, I've tried.

I've posted a topic on converting E398 firmwares to E1 firmwares - perhaps you might want to try it out.
