I just got my fiance a T-Mobile boxed RAZR, from CompUSA about 2 weeks ago, and gave it to her today for Valentines day.

I extended my contract when at CompUSA for the deal.

She told me that it has shut off on her 3 times already (in about 5 hours of being on today). The only way to get it to turn back on is to remove and replace the battery back in its compartment.

I don't know the return policy for CompUSA, but I don't want a refurb phone if I go through Tmobile (although a refurb would be better than a phone shutting off).... any ideas on this one?

I had the same problem with my wife's RAZR. I just called TMo and they are going to replace it since it is under a year old. All I have to pay is for shipping.
