Dropped my SLVR!!

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

I dropped my Slvr the other day and now the earpiece is messed up. I think it landed on the top by the earpiece. There are no scratches on it from the fall. Durring a call, the earpiece sounds loose. There is a vibrating sound, kind if a metalic sound. What can I do to fix this or get it fixed? I bought the phone from Wirelessimports.com and it is only a month old. It sucks when you pay $330 for a phone and it breaks on the first drop!

Thanks,
Clay

if WI wont do anything for you, then i suggest you order an earpiece from cnn.cn and have somebody who knows what they are doing replace it.

I'm sure you can send it in.
If it doesn't have any marks on it or excessive damage, you could file it as faulty. ^^
Phones aren't supposed to be so weak anyway.
