Ok I give! How do I setup activesync for files to sync to my 8125's miniSD rather than the device?

Your phone will show up in Windows Explorer. Simply Windows Explorer and copy files to or from your storage card of your device. Some file types will be automatically go through a conversion and it is very slow process if you copy large files.

Will they sync if they are copied this way? I know I can put files on the card like this but if the desktop verison changes the copy on the device will not. I didn' think that they would?

No. There is no way to sync them automatically. You have to write your own custom program to do those sync. ActiveSync, out of box, can only sync Outlook items

I am now using activesync for exchange items. Activesync for desktop files is sererate and works. I mearly want to change the location it puts the files on the device.

Sorry, Just got my phone and WM5 does allow file sync. Not sure how to configure them yet.
