V3 Video Camera - Now 2 Problems

I sucessfully followed the MotoX guide and now have access to the video camera, however, I have the following two issues.
When going into the main menu, I use to have 9 icons (3 rows of 3 icons). Now, after following the guide, the menu is now just a list and I would like for it to be 9 icons again.
The main problem however is the fact that when i try to record video, it starts and immediately stops, displaying the following message "Insufficient Storage Space on Device". Hmm - when selecting 'free space' it shows that I have 6437kb free. Only 699kb are used.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hey buddy I think you did a seem editing. I really think is better to do a fullflash of your v3 there in motox is a good guide to do it. If not PM to me and I could give you some tips.
