I have a lg 8100 and I downloaded some animated wallpaper but when I transfer to phone they are not animated? What and I doing wrong?

I dont know what they r I just got them off a websight and they r suppose to move and change color but when i transfered them they stay the same.

ya i'm not sure if those are gif files are not. gif files are basically moving pictures. and gif files on my phone run slow when i set it as wallpaper but it works correctly when they are in my inbox.
