would it work if you had a black razr and put a silver faceplate on it to make it look like the promo picture for the v3i:

uh yea... well to a certain extent,
in ur case, you have the silver razr, u can buy the black front faceplate and change it. but im not sure if u can put the v3i front faceplate onto a regular v3
by front faceplate i mean the one with the outer lcd display on it

Since the front glass is bigger on the v3i you would also have to buy that and see if it can be done. cnn.cn has all the parts you need.

i dont mean making a v3 look like a v3i i just thought it would be cool to have a half silver half black v3. i put that pic because it looks pretty nice and the actual v3i is a different kind of silver

o yea what ur talkin bout is absolutely possible to put a silver face on the razr yeah thats pretty easy, acctually theres acctually some oem faceplates with different colors i think theres a blue one and a red one they are both prety cool cnn.cn has some and ebay is also another place

that's what i thought but i haven't been able to find a piece for the bottom part
