Whats wrong with my phone ?

Got a v551 phone, when ever I go to settings, audio, details and scroll to ring tones, if I scroll up right at the menu, it goes back to the last screen. If I scroll down, once I hit a certain song ( moto ) it goes back a screen. Any ideas ? Don't have any other problems any other time. Tried restarting it, but still doing it, also now it won't let me even go into the details. It just keeps back tracking to main menu.

Yeah now I can't even get into the details, so I can't change a ring tone or anything, any ideas on whats going on ?

Should I flash it ? If so should I just flash firmware ?

Yes, as a matter of fact I have.

IM me on aol if you have it , IM is sdbigbob , this is annoying me.

I can acess the folder with pk2 and moto mobile phone tool, although the moto phone tool only see one file. The pk2 sees about 15.

did you remember to set everything to silent before deleting ringtones? and did you remember to delete the .db files?
