HELP!! v525 wont start up ..blinks! help!

Hey guys, i uploaded a seem file to my phone, and now i restarted it......................it blinks when its starting!! what do i do!!!!
please help, someone..is there a way to fix this. phone is just blinking when i turn it on. i see the moto logo, a blue one, then it starts blinking.
any help would be appreciated
