I have the new v3i and yes its cool ..but can someone please tell me step by step how to get the voicemail to work.I have messages but the phone will not allowed me to retrive them.

Who is your provider?
You have to program in the proper voicemail number for your provider and area.
Also, if you were used to checking your VM by pressing and holding "1" then you will need to do a seem edit to re-enable that.

The V3i I received has the press "1" key to dial voicemail feature, but the # needed to be stored. Depending on your carrier, you will need to store a special VM number. Call CS to get the correct VM # associated with your phone #. In the past, you dialed your own # to access VM, but this is no longer the practice.
