some keys not working on v3

i have a black v3 unbranded and some keys such as, some numbers the web key messages key the left soft key just dont work... has anyone come across a simliar situation and how do you fix it?

it just started doing that. no mods or anything.

just flash it, if u see its hardware just take it back to the store
