RAZR makes clicking noise when it rings

All of my three replacement RAZR's have had this issue...every time it rings, there is a very obnoxious, loud clicking noise. My original RAZR that I purchased new from T-Mobile 6 months ago, developed this problem after a few weeks, but a reset solved it and never came back-I wound up sending it in for a replacement because of dust under the screen. I am now on my third replacement and I've had the clicking noise on every one of them. A reset helps at first, but it comes right back.
Does anyone else have this problem and is there any kind of fix for it? I'm really curious to know if others are experiencing this..my other half and I bought our phones at the same time and she hasn't had any problems at all with hers.
