SMT 5600: stopwatch/countdown timer app??

Hi there. I was looking for an application that I could load onto my SMT 5600 that gave me a good usable countdown timer with alarms and a stopwatch with laptimes. Basically something like the G-shock watch do etc. Any links??

it does countdowns, and multiple alarms, very useful time manager, doesnt do lap times though. and i dont know about stop watch either. http://www.smartphone.net/software_detail.asp?id=1445
